The most popular excursion on Olkhon Island. The car picks you up at your place of stay. You can go as part of the group or you can hire a private car. Usually not guided, but you can hire a guide to go with you.
The car stops at the most beautiful spots to give you the best sightseeing experience. When on Cape Khoboy at the very north of the island you are basically in the very center of Lake Baikal.
Traditionally, Driver cooks local style fisherman soup on fire. Plenty of hot tea and cookies. Also homemade sauce and jam.

sunrise Modification
The car picks you up 1 hour before the sunrise.
The driver takes you directly to cape Khoboy or Uzur village where you enjoy one of the best sunrise views on the planet.
Start time in June-July: AM 3:00
Start time in August: AM 4:00
Start time in September: AM 5:00
You can modify the starting time as you like.
Note: there is no actual night on Olkhon island from 20th of May to 25th of July. The sun hides behind the mountains and it is not completely dark at night.
This is extremely beautiful.
Key feature: There will be no other cars and tourists around you during this trip. When you will be on the way back others will be just starting their trip to the North.
